At Kyno Health, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services through our home consultation platform. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have developed a comprehensive cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all our patients.
POLICY OVERVIEW
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for Kyno Health's home consultation services. All bookings are subject to these terms, which are designed to balance patient flexibility with operational requirements.
REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
- If before the visit, the attending doctor advises that the condition requires immediate hospital-based emergency care or involves medico-legal complications that cannot be managed at home, refund is applicable.
- If the doctor determines that the patient's condition requires specialized facilities or interventions which are not feasible at home, refund is applicable.
- If there is more than 30 minutes difference between the estimated consultation time shown before the booking and the consultation time assigned later, and the patient is not comfortable with the revised schedule, the fee will be refunded.
NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
- Refunds are not applicable when the consultation cannot take place because of patient delays or unavailability at the scheduled time.
- If the doctor arrives at the provided address and the patient remains unresponsive, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
- Requests for a change of doctor (male or female) after booking are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be applicable if the consultation cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or if the revised location is more than 300 meters away from the originally booked address.
- As Kyno home consultations are provided by General Physicians, refunds are not applicable in cases where patient requests specialist after booking.
- In cases where the patient shifts to a hospital or emergency facility before the doctor arrives, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
REFUND TIMELINES
- All eligible refunds will be processed on the same day for standard cases.
- Refunds will reflect in patient's account within 3-5 working days from processing date, depending on banking procedures.
- Patients will be notified of refund initiation via call or message from Kyno Team.
- Patients can track refund status through our customer support channels.
- All refund disputes will be reviewed by our team within 48 hours.
